91 years old, passed away at her home in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona on November 15, 2015.
She was born on June 17, 1924 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She is survived by her husband James, son Jeffrey, daughter Judith, grandsons Jason and Craig, great-granddaughter Skyller, sister Virginia Lange, and brother Eugene Rzyski.
She was preceded in death by her two sisters and one brother.
Evelyn was part of the U.S. Army as a Registered Nurse and after leaving the Army,
she enjoyed a long career as a Pediatric Nurse and a Public Health Nurse.
As a gifted artist, she enjoyed creating watercolor paintings and needlepoint.
After retirement, she enjoyed giving her time as a volunteer for many years at Swagel Wootton Eye Center, and serving others at Red Mountain Community Church.
She will be missed and has left a legacy of caring for others.
Cremation arrangements made through Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm, December 2, 2015 at Red Mountain Community Church, 6101 E. Virginia St., Mesa, AZ 85215.

Marian Othella Rzyski, age 84, of LaFollette passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Park West Medical Center.
She enjoyed reading, sewing, telling stories and she loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert & Carrie (Gulley) Pearman, husband Thomas Rzyski and brother Guy Pearman.
She is survived by her sons Allan Nash of LaFollette and Mitchell Nash of Newport;
grandchildren Tina Carroll & husband Gary of LaFollette, Tammy Young of LaFollette, Marcus Nash of LaFollette, Helena Nash of Newport and Micah Nash of Florida;
7 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives & friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in the Martin Wilson chapel with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Larry Drummonds officiating.
Interment will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Kiebert Cemetery.
