Mae Antoniewicz, of Antigo, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Langlade Hospital.

She was 86 years old.
She was born on December 7, 1923 in Aniwa a daughter of Wiermen and Alma (Flemming) Klopstein.
She married Eugene Antoniewicz on January 26, 1946 in Antigo.
He preceded her in death on December 22, 1985.

Mrs. Antoniewicz was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church and the Calvary Lutheran Women.
She enjoyed traveling and camping with her grandchildren, reading romance novels and the challenge of a word search.
She was a very giving person who had a strong faith.

Survivors include a son, Ronald (Connie) Antoniewicz, Weston;
five grandchildren, Dawn (Kevin) Griesbach and John (Shelly) Antoniewicz, Angela, Katie and Lisa Antoniewicz;
four great grandchildren, Caitlin and Carly Griesbach and Alyssa and Ian Antoniewicz; a sister, Hilma Kautza, Antigo;
a sister-in-law, Arlene Klopstein, Wausau; and nieces and nephews, Delores (Dan) Borneman, Jack and David (Diane) Kautza,
Sharon Peiffer, Leon Chroge, Denny (Cindy), Mark (Diane), Scott, Charles and Tim (Jess) Klopstein, Theresa Peterson, Roxanne (Fred) Krebs and Georgia Harms.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, Orville and Earl Klopstein;
a sister, Agnes Chroge; three brothers-in-law, Russel Chroge, George Kautza and Jack Antoniewicz;
and five sisters-in-law, Marcella Schultz and Marie, Jeanette, Helen and Margie Antoniewicz.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church with Reverend Kate Kraft officiating.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 - 8 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home and Wednesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the church.
Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery, Antigo.

The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Randy Myers and the nurses and staff at Langlade Hospital for the wonderful care they provided Mae.
